A Sadie Hawkins’ style dance competition held in downtown Bowling Green, KY at the Southern Kentucky Performing Arts Center. Western Kentucky University’s Sororities and Fraternities are paired together to put on a performance highlighting the 2017 theme of “When I Grow Up.”
This is Kappa Delta’s second largest annual philanthropy event that supports Prevent Child Abuse America (PCAA) and the local Family Enrichment Center. 100% of the money raised is donated. Last year, Kappa Delta’s Shenanigans raised over $16,000! Our goal this year is to raise even more donation money. For the competition, we pick an overall theme each year, and all WKU Greek organizations that are competing in the event pick a theme for their dance that correlates to the overall theme. Our 2017 theme is “When I Grow Up.” The organizations choreograph an 8-10 minute dance, and Kappa Delta puts on an intermission performance. Each year we try to incorporate PCAA more into the event and to exceed our previous efforts! We would love your support and look forward to seeing everyone at the event!
