All bags must be 12” x 12” x 6” or smaller. They must be clear with logos only on one side. This includes diaper bags. Non-transparent bags, wallets, and cases must not exceed 4.5” x 6.5” and must be placed inside a larger, clear bag. Without exception, all bags are subject to inspection.

Prohibited items include, but are not limited to:

• Weapons (with or without a permit)
• Knives (including pocketknives)
• Pepper spray/mace
• Oversized bags (larger than 12” x 12” x 6”)
• Posters/signs
• Backpacks
• Outside food and beverages (including alcohol)
• Cans
• Bottles (including glass and personal beverage containers)
• Open flames (including lighters and matches)
• Drugs
• Laser pens
• Spray paint or other aerosols
• Face paint
• Laptops/tablets
• Noise making devices
• Inflatables
• Cameras with detached lenses
• Video cameras – monopods, tripods, audio recording devices, selfie sticks and cameras with telephoto or zoom lenses.

SKyPAC/Arts of Southern Kentucky reserves the right to refuse admittance or remove anyone who violates any laws/regulations, event rules, or staff directives

SKyPAC is located on College Street between 6th and 7th Avenues in downtown Bowling Green, KY. For more detailed directions, give us a call at 270-904-5000. Maps and directions are available on this website under Directions & Parking.

Parking is available in the Stadium Park Plaza Parking Garage on College Street between 7th and 8th Avenues. Entrances to the garage are off 7th Avenue and 8th Avenues.

Premium parking is available exclusively for Elm Street Society members behind SKyPAC off 6th Street and Center Street for ticketed events at SKyPAC.

Patrons may be dropped off near the front doors on College Street. (Note: College Street is one-way running east to west.)

The main entrance is located off College Street just beyond the large sign. This is also the access to the Ticket Office and Lobby. Exits are located throughout the building.

Performance length can range from sixty (60) minutes for children’s programming to three (3) hours for some Broadway musicals. Please call us or visit theskypac.com/shows for more information on upcoming events.

We recommend arriving thirty (30) minutes prior to the concert start time in order to park and find your seat before the performance begins. If you are unexpectedly delayed, late seating will take place at the discretion of management and direction of the performer. For the convenience of latecomers, the performance in progress may be viewed and heard on monitors in the lobby. Patrons who leave the hall before or during the performance will be reseated at the discretion of management.

There is no specific dress code at SKyPAC. Most importantly, enjoy the show!

Prior to performance time and during intermission, snacks, soft drinks, wine, beer and liquor are served at SKyPAC’s bars in the Lobby and on the Lobby Balcony. Only food and beverage purchased at SKyPAC is allowed in the facility.

The elevator to the upper levels is located to the left after you enter the Lobby.

Restrooms are available on each of SKyPAC’s four public levels.

The safety and well-being of our patrons, artists, and staff are of the utmost importance. To ensure a safe venue for all, the possession of firearms, fireworks, explosives, incendiary devices, knives or weapons of any kind is prohibited at the Southern Kentucky Performing Arts Center’s (SKyPAC’s) property and facilities, except those carried by law enforcement officers who are on duty. All visitors and their belongings, such as bags, purses, and/or similar carrying items, are subject to search and enforcement. Anyone found in violation will be asked to secure the weapon inside their vehicle, or at home, or leave the property immediately. No ticket returns, refunds or exchanges will be made for anyone found in violation of SKyPAC’s weapons ban.

Eligibility
This giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 or older who are residents of the United States. Employees of SKyPAC, their immediate family members, and affiliates are not eligible to participate.

Prize
The prize will be indicated in the specified post. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items. Tickets won cannot be re-sold.

Winner Selection and Notification
One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The winner will be announced per the date in the specified post via SKyPAC’s official Instagram and contacted through Instagram Direct Message. The winner must respond within 24 hours to claim the prize. If no response is received, another winner will be selected.

Publicity
By entering, participants agree to the use of their name, Instagram handle, and any related content (e.g., comments) for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

General Conditions

1. • SKyPAC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.
   • Any attempt to manipulate the entry process will result in disqualification.
   • SKyPAC is not responsible for technical issues, lost entries, or other factors beyond its control.
   • Release of Liability
     By entering, participants release Instagram, SKyPAC, and the potential sponsor(s) from any liability arising from participation in the giveaway or use of the prize.
