The Ramsey Theatre Company was formed through a generous gift from Robert P. Ramsey to produce professional-level musical theatre to serve the BRADD area. The Rita and Jim Scott Concert Hall at SKyPAC serves as its primary home. Principal roles are cast through nation-wide auditions with supporting roles filled by other accomplished actors. Orchestra Kentucky takes the place of honor in the Robin and David Ciochetty orchestra pit.

Ramsey Theatre Company Announces Auditions for
The Wizard of Oz.
Follow the yellow brick road in this delightful stage adaptation of L. Frank Baum’s beloved tale, featuring the iconic musical score from the MGM film. The timeless tale, in which young Dorothy Gale travels from Kansas over the rainbow to the magical Land of Oz, continues to thrill audiences worldwide.
What To Prepare:

Auditions will consist of a cold read, a signing portion, and a collective dance call at the end of each audition time frame.
Local In-Person Auditions:
Friday, March 28, 2025 from 5pm-7pm
Saturday, March 29 from 1pm-4pm
CALLBACKS- Sunday, March 30, 1pm
For actors ages 18+
Auditions & Callbacks will be held at the Southern Kentucky Performing Arts Center at 601 College Street, Bowling Green, KY 42101.

Rehearsals and performances will take place at the SKyPAC in Bowling Green, KY. Performances are June 27 & 28.
Actors of all identities and abilities are encouraged to audition.
